(Yes. There really are laws specifically dictating the legalities of running a Fantasy Sports site in the United States. You would think that Congress would have better things to do, but at least they have designated Fantasy Sports as a skill game and so it is generally legal for people of age.)

However some states and various countries around the world have enacted laws forbidding their citizens from playing Fantasy Sports. As much as we disagree with these restrictions, rest assured that if you live in one of those places, you will be booted from this site as soon as we find out.

We take age restrictions very seriously and we will do everything within our power to limit our players to those who are old enough to participate. That means 21 years old or older in most places.
